Step-by-step guide on how to complete the identity verification procedure

To complete the identity verification on the Marine Helper website, you need to fulfill two conditions:

1. Filling out the Seaman's Questionnaire ๐Ÿ“„

Before starting the verification, you need to fill out the seaman's questionnaire. This is necessary to ensure that your profile is fully completed and you can apply for vacancies. After filling out the questionnaire, you can proceed to verification.

2. Uploading a Document ๐Ÿ›ณ๏ธ

To verify your identity, you need to upload a scanned copy of a document confirming your identity. This can be a seaman's passport or an international passport. The photo must clearly show your full name in LATIN letters and your date of birth.

โ—๏ธ After uploading the document, you need to select "verify identity" in the actions for the specific document.

Receiving a Bonus

After fulfilling all conditions, you can receive a bonus to your account. To do this, click the "receive" button in the profile balance section.

The verification procedure takes from 5 minutes to 3 business days. After passing the verification, you will receive a notification. For all seamen who have independently filled out the questionnaire and successfully passed the verification, a bonus of $5 will be credited to their account. The bonus can be used to pay for services on the Marine Helper website.
